Much of our work involves buildings that are on the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest (Listed buildings). Due to this any development that affects the character of the building will require listed building consent.
Creative Heritage has a wealth of experience in the preparation of detailed schemes for listed building consent including items such as Design and access, heritage and significance statements.
We are able to work closely with the local conservation officer to negotiate the scheme and ensure a smooth application with the minimum of delays.
