We like to be involved early in a projects development to give advice on proposals and offer initial pre tender works such as concept sketches and feasibility studies.
From the conversion of a threshing barn to a family home or the redevelopment of a historic farmstead to commercial use we are able to work with clients to prepare initial concept proposals, negotiate these schemes with the relevant authorities and then develop them in to a formal scheme carrying out a fully managed project.
Where a building requires restoration, for example a dilapidated farmhouse, we are able to look at the scope of works and often discuss a phased approach again providing a managed process to ensure the smooth running of the project.
